What I mean to say is that replace all your bad habits with something good.
Like Remo has a habit of chain smoking but he wants to quit it and he started replacing his bad habit with something good like he did some outing and other things and as it is said 'Do something continuously for 20 days at a particular time and it will be added in your habit'
So replace and change yourself
