1.Sleep early at time..


Yes,you heard it correct.It may sound wired but in today's busy lifestyle we are compromising with our sleep.
Most of us are too busy in our life that we even forget to sleep at right time which ultimately is the biggest reason for anixety/depression.

We work for hours in office and sometimes due to a lot of work pressure we don't go to bed at right time and as Our body is too tired because of the work in office it needs rest and if we don't go to bed at time it results in stress..

So,sleep well and properly..


2. Drink a lot of water

Well,we all know the benefits of consuming a lot of water and this helps in managing your stress level too.

Drink at least 7-8 glass of water per day on an average basis..


3. Think positive,Be positive,Achieve positive..

4.Take a Break!

 TRY to take a break when you feel too tired or anxious.
